A. White spots on a child's face can occur due to dry skin, sun exposure, or conditions like pityriasis alba, which is common and harmless. To reduce them: Keep the skin moisturized with a gentle, fragrance-free cream. Avoid harsh soaps or scrubbing the face. Use sunscreen when going outside to prevent spots from becoming more noticeable. Ensure a balanced diet rich in vitamins A, D, and E. If the spots persist or spread, it's best to consult a pediatrician or dermatologist to rule out other skin conditions like fungal infections or vitiligo.
