Q.
The doctor told the baby not to massage with oil. We stopped massage when he was 5 months old. Our baby is now 9 months old but still he doesn’t get up and crawl and his skin is dry. ( picture attach)

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you can start again doing massage.. Most babies learn to crawl between the ages of 7 months and 10 months. Your baby will likely start crawling soon after he's able to sit well without support Give enough tummy time-Placing your baby on his tummy and playing with him for several minutes a few times

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. for skin problem: please avoid using soap while bathing your child. don't give bath for more than 10 minutes. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. keep your child well hydrated provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi usually babies learn to crawl at the age between 8 to 11 months and they learn to walk at the age between 12 to 18 months. but all babies are different. so don't worry. it is also normal to skip whole phase of crawling.
