A. Namaste Mom You can make it as a dal and give with rice or roti other is add in to make kichidi as well you can soak it and later grind it and make moong dal dosa or chilla as well you can add rice flour or gram flour or millet flour to it as well dry roast it and cool and make a powder of it and this can be added to soups as well moong dal halwa can also be made or kheer
