A. Bas8cally all our homemade foods are nutritious. Rice, wheat, oats are rich in carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals, dhal and other pulses plus meat and eggs are rich in protein. You havr to plan in such a way ur child gets equal amount of all these everyday. In a balanced diet.
