suggest formula milk for 4 months baby breast milk supply is very low for me

A. improve your breast milk ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

A. Breast milk is the best one for babies. if you can't then you can give Aptamil Gold formula milk. A. hello, focus on your diet dear mother. Add tadka of Jeera, ajwain, methidana to ur food. drink milk 2-3 glass per day. have one glass of water before every breastfeed. this will surely help you!
