Q.

Hai I am 1st time mother of 4 months old baby, he is totally on breastfeeding only, I think my milk supply is low, when I am pressing low milk is coming out of my breast, how can I increase my milk supply. How can I conclude my milk supply is low, or can I use formula milk, and which formula milk is good for my 4 months baby.

A. you try to improve breastfeeding by eating lots of fibre, dal, paneer. etc. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

A. Hello mom You should add more milk in your regular diet plan it will help in increasing breast milk. If you have doubt that you are not getting sufficient milk then you can use breast pump to express your breast milk and can check how much milk you are getting. And yes you can start giving formula milk and you can go for lactogen, Nan pro, Similac. All these are best formula milk so you can choose anyone. But start giving solids and water only once you baby turned six months old.
