A. Hello doctor. mera breast milk kam hai aur mera baby formula milk leta hai maine sab kuchh try kiya but mera milk nahi bada kya mai usko cow milk de sakti wo abhi 2. 5 month ka hai

A. to improve breast milk take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds jeera sabudana Dalia ragi oats drumstick more you nurse milk will increase
