RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Emset you can give about 10 drops to the child which is what is going to be helpful in reducing down the issue and sometimes you to overfeeding also a stomach reflux a child and vomit like this but if the vomiting is continuous then you have to consult your doctor
