son is 10 month old....C Section nw i have back pain.....hw to reduce what is the reason

A. You can keep hot water bottle keep a heat pad if you need but more over I would recommend you to start doing back related exercises since you’ve completed 10 months to your delivery if you start doing exercising now under the observation of a yoga expert I think that is going to be quite beneficial for you
