A. To reduce weight, it is important to include fiber and protein rich foods and plenty of water, Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
