A. Keep a close eye on carbs intake specially at dinner time. Add more vegetables in diet like lettuce, cucumber, capsicum. Have one wholesome meal during lunch time. In the entire day, drink detox water more instead of regular water. Add multi vitamins supplements in your diet to stay active. It is tried and tested.
