A. Hi dear mom Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Do exercise like yoga, jogging, cycling, walk to reduce weight. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body. Have dinner two hours before bedtime. Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc.
