there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling.
there is a possibility that you may rfequire antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus.
so kindly visvit the doctor.
for pain you can give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream
