Use Calamine lotion on this regularly or Cetaphil lotion whatever you are willing to use out of the two because both are very very good and at this age this kind of skin is very normal with kids so don’t get worried about it just use what I’m suggesting and I think Cetaphil would be better so you go for Cetaphil lotion
