sir my son is 5 month old i decided to give exclusive breast feeding up to 7 months so what should you i have to increase my milk production

You should read more dairy products in your regular diet plan and start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. It will help in increasing breast milk. Rather than this you can follow the group name as Moms in Training on first cry parenting App
