Mother's milk is a complete food dear till baby completes 6 month. No need to give formula if you are on exclusive breastfeeding dear.
Eat healthy and nutrition rich food as you have to breastfeed your baby. Do massage well. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month.
