sir my daughter is 4 year and 7 month old.she doesn't like any food. she only like chocolate, chips,cold drinks. what should I do?

A. hi first ,stop buying such food items for yourself too. you must prefer healthy options like fruits, sprouts, homemade snack like golpappdi , dates ladoo, besan ladoo etc make the food presentation attractive. for example prepare dates ladoo ,then using small stick ,place the ladoo on it and place cheery on it . it will help to encourage your child to take them .
