You should give really good amount of water and other liquids to the chair like coconut water butter milk these things are going to be good for your child to maintain hydration as kids don’t like to have much of water in this age so these are the options that you’ve been introduced to maintain hydration and fibre is fruits are going to be good and water related equally to be given
