sir mere bete ko bahut jyada khasi ho rahi h khaste khaste 3 bar vomiting kar diya h maxtra drops or taxim o de rahi hu pr thik nahi ho raha uska khasi koi dawai bta dijiye sir rat bhar sota nahi h khaste rahta h

along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
