Q.

sir/ madam , i am mother of 1 year old baby , i am infected by cold and running nose thrice in a this month .. i also visited to doctor they gave me medicine and I always get fit .. but now I am again infected with cold what to do ?

A. go for proper diet meet dr get flu vaccination take seasonal fruits and vegetables drink plenty of water take turmeric with milk and Tulsi Ginger honey three times per day
