sir actually my baby was 1 month old ,what is food should I eat during this time period as my baby doesn't affect because of breastfeeding?

please take healthy and well blanaced diet
take different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
so that your child immunity remains high
