Single live active intrauterine fetus is noted with breech presentation. Intrauterine fetal movements and fetal cardiac pulsations are seen. Placenta is of Grade III maturity & located along the anterior uterine wall. Liquor amnii is adequate. AFI - 8.5 cm. Internal Os is seen closed & clear. Fetal parameters :- BPD : 86 mm 34 weeks 5 days. HC : 318 mm 35 weeks 5 days. AC : 304 mm 34 weeks 3 days. FL : 70 mm 36 weeks 2 days. FHR : 136 BPM EFW : 2592 gm ± 378 gm GA by USG : 35 wks 2 days GA by LMP : 35 wks 6 days. (LMP: 13/02/2022 ) EDD by USG : 24/11/2022 ED by LMP : 20/11/2022 IMPRESSION :- Single live intrauterine fetus of 35 wks 2 days with breech presentation. pls tell me is this report good or any complications ?
