Hi mom Yes it’s all normal Stay hydrated You are pregnant Take a good care Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do some light exercise yoga regularly Go for walking every day
