Q.

since 7 months we are adding sugar for our babies food.. i know now that we are doing mistake.. what should we do now . please suggest us.. we are worried about it.. please

A. yes as no sugar is having high increase in a glucose level in the blood you can use jaggery instead that to in small quantity gradually avoid using even any sweating agents
