I want to know of salt and sugar are bad for 7 month old baby...when to start giving it.Also I have been adding jaggery powder to baby's food, is it ok?

A. don't add salt n sugar till 1 year old.. can add jaggery after 8 month of age.. Give two major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
