shoulf i eat curd and boiled chicken if i am breastfeeding my 1 month old baby? can these things cause gas to the baby?

A. Curd can be eaten daily and non veg should be eaten in moderation and eat a healthy and nutritious diet and prefer fresh home cooked foods and avoid oily fried junk foods and limit sweets intake and drink plenty of water
