Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. If the kid is active and is eating well and is meeting all the required milestones, then there is no need to worry about her weight. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and peanuts. Give bananas, avocados, pears, papaya, apples and mangoes. Give cheesy mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give lentils like urad Dal and moong Dal. Give brown rice and ragi. Give chick peas and green peas. These help in weight gain of the baby.
