my daughter is 4yrs and 7 months. but only 13kgs. why is she underweight. i tried everything possible

A. Some kids are of lean body type, but still they are active and healthy. You can continue feeding foods rich in fat and proteins like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, rice water, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, eggs, chicken, legumes, ghee and 500&600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks along with variety of fluids.
