Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. first of all it is important to give breastfeeding again and again because that will help in decreasing dehydration and fever and also keep the child in cool atmosphere and when you take the temperature in the armpit and if it is hundred or more the medicine that you have to give is paracetamol
