she had a cold for the last 2 days and has watery eyes. but today her one eyes are yellow discharge after 60 minutes and look like red. is this dangerous?

Maam has some allergy or infection so I’m just going to recommend you to kindly visit your doctor once regarding this as the doctor is going to be quite sure about the problem that’s there and can treat the child according to the situation as per persisting
