Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Take paracetamol for headache as this is safe to take during breastfeeding and pregnancy. Also apply pain balm on the forehead to get relief from head ache. Having water melon juice also helps to give relief from headache
