#asktheexpert hii Dr I have delivered july7th now I have headache from 3days can I take dart tablet and why I have headache please tell me dr.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. dart tablet PARACETAMOL+CAFFEINE+PROPYPHENAZONE is known to pass through milk in some amount. So, it should be taken with caution if you are breastfeeding. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Yes yes you can take any basic medicine of your choice it’s not a problem and headache could usually be due to upside cycle of your may not be getting proper sleeve feed to the child every now and then improper food sometimes you cannot eat properly due to restrictions and also that can be a reason or if you’re taking so much of screen time
