A. Hi For weight gain. add caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews, dates banana, chickoo, peanuts, til seeds, coconut egg, paneer to child's recipes. make sure to avoid biscuits, chocolate, sugar laden drinks bread
