A. Right side sleeping is painful as it starts hurting like something heavy in the abdomen hanging from above Laying on back is prohibited as spine strains by the heavy load and it also reduces oxygen and blood supply That leaves only 1 proper position for laying that is Left Lateral but always laying on one side is stressful and tiring. It also strains particular nerves on the left side for a long time and causes pain in legs specially. Urination is also a major culprit in disturbing sleep all over night.

A. Why sleep problems happen 1. Big belly → hard to find position. 2. Frequent urination at night. 3. Back & hip pain. 4. Heartburn / acidity. 5. Baby movements increase. 6. Breathlessness in some positions. 7. Stress or overthinking.

A. Mam not everybody has a problem during their seventh month to sleep or something every woman has its own experience if you’re facing any hassle or issue while sleeping then you can talk to your doctor about it because you haven’t given any details about your issues so better to connect with your doctor
