Post pregnancy in my 4th month I got my first period on Dec 23.but I didn't get my second periods till now. I am breast feeding my baby. My baby is 5 months old.

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent For a breast feeding mother , it's usual to get irregular periods. Don't worry much Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water as it's demineralized use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take nutritioius diet including probiotics and citrus fruits
