post pregnancy belly not reduced and it's look like 3rd month of pregnancy plz suggest to reduce belly fat

A. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, yoga.
