post delivery (lscs+tubectomy)when I have to use belt

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. It is always advisable to use a cotton saree to tie your abdomen after delivery which is more comfortable and easy to tie and is more effective
just take care when you are tying , you should be lying down properly and then roll the saree as tightly as possible.
You can start after one week of c section delivery and immediately a fter normal delivery. and even after tubectomy

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello after the delivery maybe around 15 days to 1 month after you have completely recovered and you are comfortable wearing the belt you can start using it which would be safe and absolutely nothing to worry and you can plan accordingly
