Q.

Post cesarean delivery when normally periods starts..? is having longer gap is dangerous....?

A. no its ok. it will start when you wean off. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. No There is no risk it is not dangerous so don’t worry about it sometimes women do not have their periods for a really long time after their delivery but that’s considered normal the last I heard was a punk rock cemetery two years but that was completely normal
