Q.

#AskTheExpert hi doctor it has been six months aince my cesarean delivery...and i didn't have periods yet...what myt b the reason and what should i do to get periods back again normally?

A. Don’t do anything . The periods may not come even upto one year for. A few people but you have to keep using contraception until you get then to avoid accidental pregnancy

A. it's okay. It's a process of our body. it will gradually come. u don't need to do anything. just relax, be happy and enjoy motherhood.

A. If you are breastfeeding your baby, your periods may not return for several months after childbirth. This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year before your period returns.
