ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Ever since you get pregnant make sure that you get at least half an hour off working. As a pregnancy progresses do it as long as you’re comfortable only. Do you regular household chores and there are a few exercises which can be done and you will find them in a blog on the first cry parenting.
