mam please tell me the tips for normal delivery

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor. all the best

A. You can do prenatal yoga that is quite beneficial you can do Vajrasana butterfly pose and squats also with the help of an export so that’s definitely going to be helpful and about 1000 to 2000 steps per day if you can manage to do regular simple walk that’s also going to be helpful
