add more of whole grains seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, low fat milk and milk products, plenty of fluids etc
consult a dietician for customization of your diet as per your vitals
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi basically have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice.
