I am 8 weeks pregnant.I belong to obese category.107kg.Could you pls suggest me a proper diet chart?

A. Hi For healthy weight gain of 8 kg in 9 months, you need to reduce the amount of cereals, sugar, fried foods, junk & packaged foods Make sure to take lean proteins like Dal's, sprouts, skim milk, low fat paneer, egg white Take lot of Vegetables,. also add some fruit, & nuts daily
