#asktheexperts my 7 month old baby just started to eat solid food.i need a proper diet chart for my baby?? please suggest me a good diet chart

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child 3 meals in a day along with snacks in between and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include homemade cerelac rice well cooked dal ghee curds banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi khicadi kanji etc
