Hello mam, Have small and frequent meals Include green vegetables, fruits, milk and milk products, idli, dosa, oats, ragi; daliya in the diet If facing morning sequence take rusk or dry fruit in morning and do not start your day with tea or coffee Avoid excess intake of fried food, sweets and sugary drinks, namkeen and juices Have 2l of water per day

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give yourself a good nutrition value diet. and also have more dairy products and green leaves vegetables. also avoid junk and packed food. and have food in every three hours.. and fresh fruits and vegetables should include. take care

A. hello you should be having a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in your diet and you can be including fruits well in your diet and avoid gas causing food and avoid very spicy food also and also have dry fruits which will be good for the growth of your child also
