m 19 weeks pregnant my rbs level is 169 mg /dl .plz give me the diabetic diet chart ..

A. Hello mom Have small meals throughout the day and avoid heavy meals C limit your sugary food , avoid processed and refined foods . Have whole grains like wheat , oats , millets , whole dals , with skin like chana , rajma , whole dals , fruits such as apple , papaya , pomegranate etc
