plz let me know if quaker oats is Benificial for toddlers or not?

Yes u can give quaker oats to ur baby.
There is no problem in that.
but make sure that you use plain oats, not the ready to mix ones.
U can add ur own flavours to oats like vegetables, dry fruits powder, milk etc.
