hello doctor I have a nine month old baby .. I want to know that can I give her multigrain Quaker oats .. I have been giving her khichdi n different types I want if I can give her Quaker oats multigrain

A. Hello mommy, Babies can eat Quaker oatmeal once they have become at least six months old. Before they have turned six months of age, it's recommended to offer them only breastmilk. You can also add fruits like apple or banana with cooked oats. For tha, first peel off the skin (for both apple & banana) and boil/steam the fruit... then you can mash it and add to the cooked oats porridge.
