pls tell me how to increase my milk supply

A. hi...breast milk usually works on the principle of demand and supply. So most breastfeeding moms need to realise that in case they are experiencing low milk supply, in the beginning, they will start to produce more as soon as the baby begins to breastfeed. The more your baby feeds, the more milk your body will produce. You may include enough protein in your diet as it helps in the synthesis of breast milk. The best sources of protein are eggs, nuts, milk, chicken, cheese, fish, etc. If you’re vegetarian or vegan, you can ask your lactation specialist for a protein supplement that compliments your current diet.
