take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly. eat protein rich diet.
drink lots of water .
have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your diet.
